Cait Deerin
FOUNDER/CEO & DIRECTOR OF SECONDARY SERVICES
Cait is proud graduate of Dartmouth College with degrees in both Mathematics and Theater. She tutors and coaches students across New York City, from Horace Mann to Brooklyn Tech, and is herself a lead middle school math teacher.
In addition to her nine years of tutoring experience and four years of executive function coaching, Cait has worked as an alumni interviewer for prospective Dartmouth students, a research assistant at Dartmouth's Reading Brains Lab, a data analytics fellow in the U.S. Department of Education, and a City Year AmeriCorps member serving as an interventionist in attendance, behavior, and math, for which her use of Rubik’s Cubes for social and emotional learning earned her the WilmerHale Civic Innovation Award and the City Year Communications Award.
Cait grew up in Olney, Maryland. In her free time, she’s usually playing piano, singing, taking acting classes at the Stella Adler Studio, or bothering her cat, Russell.

Nolan Sankey
DIRECTOR OF DATA & TECHNOLOGY
Originally from Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Nolan is a top-notch Mechanical Design Engineer with an outstanding academic record.
Nolan graduated as the valedictorian of his engineering class from Dartmouth College’s Thayer School of Engineering, boasting a perfect 4.0 GPA in his major. His commitment to learning and passion for innovation shine through in his work. Nolan excels at driving projects forward, collaborating with teams, and finding creative solutions.
Always seeking growth, Nolan embraces each project as an opportunity to expand his knowledge and improve his skills. Beyond his professional life, Nolan, a Steamboat Springs native, enjoys skiing, climbing, hiking, biking, ice hockey, and cooking. He also has ambitious goals, from learning the guitar to skiing on every continent and managing a start-up.

Jessica Weil
DIRECTOR OF ELEMENTARY SERVICES
Jessica is a children’s book editor for Workman Kids (the team behind the Brain Quest workbook series). She is passionate about the power of children’s books to inspire learning and exploration of the unknown for kids of all ages.
Before becoming an editor, Jessica worked as a City Year AmeriCorps member, where she tutored third graders in math and reading and served as a full-time classroom aid during the Covid pandemic.
In her spare time, Jessica volunteers as a Read Ahead mentor, meeting one-on-one with an elementary student each week to work on reading comprehension skills. She also has elementary education mentorship experience with DREAM (Directing through Recreation, Education, Adventure, and Mentoring) and START (Students Teaching the Arts).
Jessica graduated in 2022 from Dartmouth College, where she majored in English Literature. She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and spends her free time dancing, doing yoga, or going on hikes.

Cait's journey involves not just academic pressures but also handling the complexities of treatments like Adderall. She's experienced firsthand the end-of-day crashes and intricacies of managing executive functioning deficits.
Despite these challenges, Cait's reliance on executive function skills have allowed her to excel academically while pursuing varsity sports, performing in school plays, and engaging in artistic endeavors.
